Parliament will discuss on Thursday the proposal of the amnesty law and the second reading of the three laws

"Gate of Iraq" BAGHDAD - A parliamentary source, Wednesday, that the meeting of the Council of Representatives of 27 of the second legislative term of the second legislative year, which will be held on Thursday, will continue to discuss a proposed amnesty law and the second reading of the three bills.
The source said, "The agenda of the parliamentary session, the 27 of the second legislative term of the year the second legislative session, on Thursday, (the eighth of March cur) includes a complete discussion of the proposed amnesty law, and the second reading of the bill that the Fourth Amendment to the Law Council of cancer in Iraq No. 63 for the year 1985. "
The source, who asked not to be named, "The session also will see the second reading of the bill grants the students of universities and institutes of Iraq," noting that "the meeting will also see the second reading of the draft law career practicing midwifery and nursing."
And raised the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, Tuesday, (6 March 2012) session of Parliament the 26 of the second legislative term of the year the second legislative meeting, chaired by First Deputy Chairman of Parliament Qusay al-Suhail, and the presence of 220 deputies, to tomorrow, Thursday, after a discussion of the proposed amnesty law and the second reading of seven bills and vote on the abolishment of the funds allocated for the purchase of armored vehicles for MPs.

The earlier amnesty law mixed reactions, describing the State of Law Coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on the third of September last, the Amnesty Law in its current form as "bad" and it contains a lot of gaps, and confirmed that he would submit amendments to the law, as he emphasized complete rejection of the Sadrist movement to include both convicted on charges of public money or blood, Iraqi General Amnesty Law, the Iraqi List, surprising position of the bill and calling for the amendments to its draft.
He warned Justice Minister Hassan al-Shammari, in (5 September 2011), to pass the amnesty law in parliament, because there are some gaps in draft form, and when he said that a lot of "terrorists" will be released in the event passed, he noted that the Ministry of Justice submitted 11 proposals House of Representatives to amend the draft law.
Confirms the law that he be evacuated convicts and detainees referred to in Article (1) and (2) of this Act after the issuance of the decision to release from the committee formed under the provisions of this law unless they are convicted or arrested for crimes they did not located the peace in or waiver with people with the victim or convicted persons or the state to pay the discharged debt from a lump sum or in installments or executive detention expires.
