The House of Representatives Iraq has ratified during its meeting held on February 23 on the balance of 2012, which amounted to 117 trillion Iraqi dinars, equivalent to about 100 billion U.S. dollars. and the Federal Government announced, last Tuesday that it will be amendments to the items added by the House of Representatives on the budget in 2012 to be consistent with legal and constitutional contexts.
