High Nassif: Some political parties has been on legislation (laws lean) can not be applied to achieve political goals

BAGHDAD (Iba) .. Rep. high Nassif said some political parties has been to enact laws for the poor can not be applied to the ground and in an effort to achieve political objectives.
She said Nassif in a press statement received by the independent press (Iba) a copy of which has become a certainty we have that some political parties are trying to impede the pace of development in Iraq to achieve the political goals of their own, and new innovations to those parties are obstructing the implementation of laws that have worked are the same on legislation in advance.
She added that those bodies has been unfortunately confusing the laws of the legislation is difficult for the executive branch implementation on the ground, leading to block development in the country as a result of inevitable consequences of a block implementation of laws related to them.
It showed: In our follow-up of some legislation that turned out to be (poor legislation) into law the investment and the provincial councils, which when I got to the stage of practical application was not possible to implement them.
She Nassif: We had warned earlier that the House of Representatives the introduction of post-audit, that we are one year after the legislation of every law and published in official newspapers we review this law, whether managed the executive branch of applied or is it still just ink on paper, citing: need to know whether each law be enacted in line with the requirements of the citizen or not.
