Foreign Relations of the European Union calls for support of Iraq out of Chapter VII

Demanded the parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee, on Monday, the European Union ambassadors to support Iraq out of Chapter VII, critical to deal with Iraq as an ally of the second degree.
A member of the Committee Hassan Chuird Hamdani, in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "Foreign Relations Committee, the parliamentary hosted, today, the Ambassadors of the EU working in Iraq at the request of them," noting that "The meeting included an exchange of views on a range of issues of concern to both sides. "
Hamdani called "ambassadors of the European Union supported Iraq out of Chapter VII," criticizing the "deal with Iraq as an ally of the second degree."
Has already called for a parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee, in (28 February), the international community to have a role remove Iraq from Chapter VII, while confirming that they will prepare an integrated study with a delegation from the International Energy Agency about the fact the oil in Iraq.
Iraq has since 1990 under Chapter VII of the UN Charter which provides for the imposition of sanctions after the invasion of the regime of President Saddam Hussein of Kuwait in August of the same year, under the said Chapter shall be entitled to the international community to use force against Iraq as a threat to international security, in addition to freezing of large amounts of financial assets in international banks to compensate those affected by the invasion of Kuwait.
