UN calls for setting aside differences between Iraq and Kuwait before the Baghdad summit

Martin Cobbler, the UN representative in Iraq stressed that a UN delegation shall visit the Iraqi-Kuwaiti boarders for the re-installment of trust between the two countries, and as a gesture to take Iraq out of the UN Security Council Chapter 7.
During a press conference in Karbala Cobbler called for a resolution of the Iraqi Kuwaiti pending issues and stressed that Iraq will be free from Chapter 7 once these problems are resolved.
