Hamid al-Mutlaq, calls for a summit to translate decisions of Baghdad on reality and not just with rhetoric

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates called the Iraqi List MP Hamid al-Mutlaq to translate the decisions of Baghdad summit to touch on the reality of Arab citizens.
