Kuwaiti Prime Minister: We have guidance in the Kuwaiti leadership to lift obstacles to resolve outstanding issues between Iraq and Kuwait

(Reuters) - Prime Minister of Kuwait Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah said Kuwait there is a tendency to lift obstacles to resolve outstanding issues between Iraq and Kuwait.
And the transfer of news broadcast by Iraqi satellite channel for the morning to say "We have guidance in the Kuwaiti leadership to lift obstacles to resolve outstanding issues."

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki arrived in Kuwait this morning at the head of high-level delegation in the two-day official visit.

Obviously the UN has to sign off on these claims, but this is welcomed news.
