Baghdad (AIN) –The Patriots Bloc demanded the Kurdistani Alliance to clarify its stance towards inserting the case of the Vice-President Tariq al-Hashimi on the agenda of the upcoming National Meeting.
Head of the bloc Abdul Rahman al-Luwaizi stated to All Iraq News Agency Thursday “The Kurds did not clarify their stance whether they support or reject imposing the case of VP Hashimi on the agenda of the expected National Meeting,” noting that “The KA’s spokesperson should express the official stance of his bloc towards this case.”
“If holding the national meeting before the Arab Summit will lead to unite the speech among the blocs, so we welcome this step,” according to MP Luwaizi who stressed that “I believe this result is not expected since Hashimi’s case which resulted in this escalation is not covered by the agenda of the meeting.” /End/
