Baghdad (AIN) –The Kuwaiti Newspaper, Qabas, described Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's visit to Kuwait as [Making History].
Qabas editorial cited that “This is the only way to describe Iraqi PM Maliki's successful visit to Kuwait and the positive outcome of this visit which form an essential transition in the relations between the two neighboring countries,” hoping that “This will be a strong beginning to overcome lack of confidence phase."
It stressed that "The pending issues were used by some parties to benefit from agitating disagreements between the two countries.”
