Zebari discuss with the Deputy U.S. Treasury Secretary the Arab summit and the latest developments in the region

Baghdad (news) Research and Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, with David Cohen, Deputy U.S. Treasury Secretary, James Jeffrey ambassador to the United States in Iraq and the delegation accompanying them, holding the Arab summit in Baghdad and the developments in the Arab, regional and the situation in Syria. A statement of Foreign Affairs has received the Agency (news) a copy of it on Monday: that Zebari reviewed the situation in the Arab region and the regional and the latest developments in Syria.
The statement added that the U.S. official expressed the importance of holding the Summit in Baghdad as witnessed in the region of rapid developments after the events of Arab spring. and the statement that the meeting included research relations, Iraq - U.S. and Iraq's international obligations. This meeting was attended by Undersecretary for bilateral relations and policy planning adviser and the minister and the head of the United States and Director of the Office of the Minister.
