Urgent. Maliki show his objection to the amendments to the law of the provincial parliament

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates's Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki objected to the amendments introduced by the Committee of the Regions and provinces in the House of Representatives to provincial law.
He said in a statement his office has received Agency {News} Euphrates copy of it, "These amendments reduce the powers of the boards and limit their ability to work and achievement and the development of its provinces."
The Chairman of the Committee of the Regions Mohammed Kayani entered into an argument with a number of provincial councils on the back of the draft submitted by the committee pointed out that if the proposed draft terms of reference of the best existing authority.
He stressed that "this is in conflict with government policy aimed at strengthening the capacity of local governments and to increase self-reliance and manage their own affairs."
