Baghdad {: News} Euphrates received by President Jalal Talabani, a phone call from Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has been discussed for the Arab summit to be held in Baghdad next Thursday.
He said a presidential statement that "the Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir said in a telephone conversation with President Jalal Talabani evening chairing his country's delegation to attend the upcoming Arab summit in Baghdad next Thursday."
It was one of the news agencies showed that the Sudanese president issued an arrest warrant and Interpol told Iraq that al-Bashir would be arrested if attending the summit, but the foreign ministry strongly denied the news and promised fabricated Batkhama threatened action against the agency, which broadcast the news.
