Arbil, March 24 / March (Rn) - President Jalal Talabani on Saturday with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Vice President of the Republic Khodair al ways to solve the internal problems constitutionally and the need for the success of reconciliation efforts between the various political parties, as well as arrangements for the Arab summit to be held in Baghdad this week .
