Ben Helli: the return of Iraq to the Arab pomegranate is a balance in the region

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates Deputy Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Ben Helli said the return of Iraq to the Arab is a pomegranate Arab and regional balance in the region.
Ben Helli said in a television interview today that "Iraq has begun a new phase after the withdrawal of U.S. troops from and returned to the exercise of its regional role in the region."
And ended all of Iraq's preparations to receive the Arab delegations in the Baghdad summit, which began on the capital Baghdad Baltuad to represent her country at this summit.
In spite of the exceptional circumstances experienced by Iraq, but said preparations for the summit reached a high degree of admiration by observers as it is expected to be a top Baghdad of the best summits held since years.
Ben Helli said that "Iraq surprised the high level of organization and management as well as the love that showed us through receiving," referring to Iraq, won more than 100% in the process of preparing for the summit.
