Iraqi Planning: Launch of the budget depends on the recent deployment of the facts

Baghdad, March 26 (Rn) - The Federal Ministry of Planning, on Monday, it will begin launching money within the federal budget for the current year after publication in the Official Gazette of Iraq by the Ministry of Justice, which confirmed the lack of published until now.
And approved the Iraqi government in its emergency meeting in (05/12/2011) budget in 2012 Bmekdarnho $ 100 billion (about 117 trillion Iraqi dinars) and a deficit of up to $ 13.5 billion (about 17 trillion dinars).
As approved by the Iraqi Council of Representatives in 23 of the last month after being held by a number of changes, notably raising the social benefits.
He said ministry spokesman Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Ministry of Planning and the federal budget funds will be released after the publication of the budget in the Official Gazette of Iraq (the facts)."
Hindawi explained that "the Council of Ministers assigned the Minister of Justice publish the budget in the Official Gazette with the lifting of some paragraphs that marred some of the shapes of them to return to the House of Representatives for the purpose of amendment."
Announced the government spokesman, Ali al-Dabbagh in 28 of the last month that the Council of Ministers will work to change some of the items in the budget that have been modified by the House of Representatives to be consistent with legal and constitutional contexts.
For its part, the Ministry of Justice confirmed that the law of the federal budget has not been published until now in the Official Gazette.
He said the ministry's spokesman Haidar al-Saadi (Rn) "to my knowledge, the law of the federal budget has not been published until now in the Official Gazette (the facts) ... may be the law has not yet reached to the Ministry of the Presidency of the Republic." He said.
The legal expert Tareq Harb revealed that the Iraqi Gazette was published on Monday every week before the year 2003, but issued at this time requires two to three weeks.
The protesting citizens on an ongoing basis on the lack of basic services that have not been able to successive Iraqi governments have provided despite the passage of nearly nine years to overthrow the former regime.
And ensure the activation of the budget in 2012 granting financial loans to citizens for the purposes of housing and farmers without financial benefits which may make them a way to find real solutions to the housing crisis and revitalize the agricultural sector.
