Obama nominates new ambassador Brett Makgrok the United States in Baghdad

BAGHDAD (Iba) .. nominated by U.S. President Barack Obama today Brett Makgrok new ambassador to the United States in Iraq.
A statement from the White House that Makgrok is a consultant to the U.S. ambassador in Iraq and previously served as senior adviser to the ambassadors Ryan Crocker and Christopher Hill in Baghdad.
The statement added that Makgrok served in the National Security Council from 2005 to 2009 as manager of the affairs of Iraq to take over later as Special Assistant to the President and Director of the My Iraq and Afghanistan.
And before 2005 Makgrok fill the position of legal adviser to the Coalition Provisional Authority and the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad.
He also worked Makgrok Fellow for International Affairs at the Council on Foreign Relations and a Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Politics In the period from 2001 to 2002 the work of legal officers in the Office of the Chief Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist. (End)
