Iraqi Central Bank Adviser Muhammad Salih's appearance "press", Saturday, the United States Executive order on protection money, particularly oil revenues for the full year provided a good opportunity to Iraq to search for legal mechanisms to prevent any risks to the funds deposited in foreign banks as blocking alleged Iraq's creditors.
Saleh said the decision will prevent any prosecution of Iraq by creditors or certain judicial reservations in banks where Iraq money from oil revenues.
