Urgent .. Maliki: There are major changes will and must respect the will of the people to choose

Twilight News / Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Wednesday, to get near the variables in the region and the world, at the same time stressing the need to respect the will of the peoples choice.
Maliki said in a speech during a meeting of Arab foreign ministers in Baghdad, attended by "Twilight News", "The region faces significant challenges at all levels lead by the security file, all of which will have to discuss adequately in the work of the Arab summit."
He added that "these changes require us to respect the will of the people."
He dealt with al-Maliki in more than one occasion in his speech to the security file, specifically the issue of terrorism, which he described as "a scourge that threatens the people."
Maliki has demanded the Arab League to add new institutions to manage and structure as a "court of justice, and some institutions to curb terrorism."
"You have to put the university on how to promote the economies of the countries that face terrorism in their agendas," and urged "to review the positions in public affairs and deal with the changes and return to the Arab solidarity which was shaken after the invasion of Saddam Hussein's regime of Kuwait."
Baghdad will host the Arab summit amid uncertainty about the preparation of leaders who will attend this conference, which convenes for the first time in the Iraqi capital since 1990, except that some Arab officials and Iraqis, swung the post ten heads.
