Baghdad (AIN)- Ahmed al-Massari, MP of Iraqiya Slate (IS) pointed out that "Holding the national meeting means implementation of Erbil convention."
He told All Iraq News Agency (AIN) "We clearly noted the absence of good will of the political partners in implementing Erbil Agreement which will be among the first files in the National Meeting," notignt that "We believe that this meeting means implementing of the terms of Erbil Agreement."
He stressed that "Some political parties are trying to procrastinate to gain time in order not to implement the Agreement of Erbil."
President Jalal Talabani set the fifth of next April as a deadline to hold a national meeting, but the IS led by Ayad Allawi, set the implementation of Erbil 2010 Agreement literally and immediately as a condition to participate in the preparations for the meeting.
Kurdistan Region's Presidency announced in a statement, recieved by (AIN), that "The success of the forthcoming national meeting after the Summit depends on the full commitment to the Erbil Agreement and implementation of its articles." /End/
