Maliki orders to the competent agencies to take stock of Arab detainees in preparation for their release

Sources from within the Ministry of Interior of the Shatt al-Arab News Agency said Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki ordered the Interior Ministry arrested an inventory of all the Arabs sentenced to death and life imprisonment in preparation for their release outside the legal controls and that as a token of love and to please the delegates to come.
Confirmed this and informed sources have been stripped of these already and waiting for orders to release them until handed over to the delegates to the summit in Baghdad.
Detainees will be accompanied by the delegations of their countries to come to Baghdad after the summit.
Noteworthy that this action comes in the context of a large list of concessions made by the Iraqi government in order to stimulate the participation of Arab States summit in Baghdad, and go all the evidence that the number of participants will be leaders not to exceed ten.
