Kuwait Finance: the summit in Baghdad, marks the return of Iraq to the Arab world
BAGHDAD / Baghdadiya News / .. The Minister of Finance Mustafa Al-Shamali said Kuwait's Arab summit in Baghdad marks the return of Iraq
