Emphasis on the settlement of inter-Arab differences, constructive and purposeful dialogue and peaceful means, and the adoption of a comprehensive vision for political reform, economic and social order to ensure the maintenance of the dignity of the Arab citizen and promote their rights and to meet the demands of the Arab peoples to freedom and social justice, political participation, and pay tribute to the developments and political changes that took place in the Arab region, and strong condemnation of the Israeli violations continued on the Palestinian people and the occupied Palestinian territory and Israel's continued settlement activities in spite of convictions for such illegal practices and violations of international humanitarian law, and reaffirm support for the aspirations and demands of the Syrian People's legitimate freedom and democracy and the right to draw a future and peaceful transfer of power to condemn acts of violence and murder and stop the bloodshed and adherence to a political solution and national dialogue and the rejection of foreign interference in the Syrian crisis in order to preserve the unity of Syria and the safety of its people, and welcome developments in Libya and support efforts by the Transitional National Assembly and the Libyan government to achieve security and stability, and solidarity of Arab countries and to support the Republic of Sudan in the face of all that designed to undermine the sovereignty, security and stability, and solidarity with the people of Yemen, especially with the success of the presidential election and praised the process of transition of power, and to support the Somali government in its efforts to rehabilitate its security forces and help them.
