Mohsen Saadoun: Kurdistan region and all provinces under the authority of the Constitution not the Federal Government.

Baghdad / NINA/-- Vice chairman of the Kurdistan Alliance parliamentary bloc MP, Muhsin al-Sadoun said : " Kurdistan region and all other provinces are subjected to the authority of the Constitution not to the authority of the federal government.
He said in a statement to NINA : "The Constitution grants the federal government exclusive authority and joint power shared between the center and the regions as well as the all provinces, in addition to the powers granted to each province under the federal constitutional system .
He ended : "Iraq is a state of institutions and the constitutional grant authorities to the central government and the provinces /End
