Shahristani expressed surprise at the behavior of the Kurdistan Regional Government by its decision to halt oil exports as he emphasized that the border crossing points in the region are not subject to the control of the central government.
Shahristani said that the "territory prevents the relevant ministries in the government of the center of the internal and customs of direct supervisory responsibilities."
And accused the Iraqi Oil Ministry, on Monday, the Kurdistan region of smuggling large quantities of crude oil and petroleum products to Iran and Afghanistan,
