Baghdad {: News} Euphrates Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Hussain al-Shahristani, with the Deputy Minister of Energy and U.S. ways of developing future relations between the two countries.
A statement by the Office of the al-Shahristani, the Agency has received the Euphrates News} {a copy of it today, "The Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Hussain al-Shahristani, met at his office today, Deputy U.S. Secretary of Energy Amos Hockstein the presence of U.S. ambassador in Baghdad James Jeffrey."
"The two sides discussed ways to develop relations between the two countries, especially in the field of energy, as well as the future role of Iraq in the international oil market."
The two sides also discussed the "Platform for the work of the Iraqi-US strategic cooperation in the field of energy, which is hoped to start its meetings on 23 this month in Washington." Ended.
