Talabani expressed his regret to take some of the parties led to a negative attitude around the national meeting

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates called President Jalal Talabani, the Preparatory Committee to intensify its efforts to reach understandings and managed to set a new date for meeting the national soon.
Talabani said, according to a presidential statement "the importance of continued efforts to achieve national consensus, urging all political forces to avoid what leads to charge the atmosphere and tense and not to resort to the imposition of preconditions."
It was scheduled to hold a national meeting on Thursday but was postponed after the non-arrival of the Preparatory Committee reached agreement on the agenda.
He added: "This has been the common perception of political forces and the Judging to in our call to convene a national meeting on the fifth of this month, and it was a matter of some regret that the parties take a negative attitude has led to the postponement of the meeting."
Talabani did not say is these parties.
