BAGHDAD / With: new State of Law Coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's insistence on holding the meeting in the national capital, Baghdad, and refused to invite the President of Kurdistan, calling for a meeting of leaders of the blocks in Arbil.
The MP said the coalition of state law, Kamal-Saadi, said Thursday: "Barzani's call for this meeting seems merely a reaction, as well as being an attempt to cancel the meeting place."
