JD .. report published inflation rate in Iraq in the last March

BAGHDAD / JD / .. Ministry of Planning and revealed a rise in headline inflation during the month of March, a rate (1.7%) compared to the previous month in February .. The index of annual inflation for the period from March 2011 to March 2012 is very noticeable about reached (8.3%). A statement issued by the Information Office of the Ministry received / JD / copy of it: the reasons for high inflation indices both types, monthly and yearly prices of vegetables that have led to high prices of department of food and non-alcoholic beverages increased by (13.2%) compared to their prices in the month of March last year 2011, which was reflected in the indicators of inflation up to a year in Iraq. Department of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco: - recorded prices in Iraq has decreased during the current month rate of 0.6% compared to the previous month, as a result to lower their prices in the South by 1.7%, while stabilized in each of the regions of Kurdistan and center. prices of this section has increased an average 5.6% compared to prices in March 2011.3. Department of Clothing and Footwear: - recorded prices in Iraq has increased during the current month rate 0.7% from the previous month, due to higher prices in the central region by 1.1% in the South a rate of 0.6%, while it decreased in the Kurdistan region by 0.1%. prices of this section increased by 9.1% compared to prices in March 2011.4. section housing: Prices of this section decreased slightly during the month by 0.1% compared to the previous month, due to lower prices in the Kurdistan region by 0.2% in the central region at 0.1%, while the rose in the South by 0.1%. prices of this section increased rate of 8.3% compared to prices in March 2011 due to high prices of rents Alldoralexanah rate of 12.0%. subgroup of fuel (gasoline, oil and gas) for the group sub-fuel (gasoline, oil and gas) have seen their prices decreased slightly during the month of March 2012 by 0.2% compared to the previous month as a result to lower their prices in the central region by 0.5% in the South by 0.3%, while prices in the Kurdistan region by 0.7%. prices of this group decreased slightly by 0.2% compared to prices in March 2011.5. section household furnishings and equipment: - recorded prices in Iraq has increased slightly during the month by 0.2% compared to the previous month, due to higher prices in each of the regions of Kurdistan and the central rate of 0.1% in the South by 0.3%. prices of this section has increased an average 2.8% compared to prices in March 2011.6 . Department of Health: - recorded prices in Iraq has increased during the current month by 0.3% compared to the previous month, due to higher prices in the central region at 0.1% in the South by 0.7%, while settled in the region of Kurdistan. prices of this section increased by 8.4 % compared to prices in March 2011.7. Department of Transportation: - recorded prices in Iraq decreased slightly by 0.1% compared to the previous month due to lower prices in the South by 0.3%, while higher prices in the Kurdistan region by 0.1% and settled in the central region . prices of this section decreased an average of 3.5% compared to prices in March 2011.8. Department Contact: - recorded prices in Iraq decreased slightly by 0.2% during the current month compared to the previous month, due to lower prices in the central region at 0.4% in the South rate of 0.1%, while the stabilized prices in the region of Kurdistan. prices of this section decreased rate of 3.1% compared to prices in March 2011.9. Department of Recreation and Culture: - recorded prices in Iraq stable during the current month compared to the previous month, with lower prices in Kurdistan region an average of 0.9% in the South by 0.3% while prices rose in the center by 0.7%. prices of this section is decreased by 1.1% compared to prices in March 2011.10. Department of miscellaneous goods and services: - recorded prices in Iraq has decreased during the current month rate of 0.9% compared with the previous month, due to lower prices in the region of Kurdistan, a rate of 3.1% in the central region at 0.4% in the South by 0.1%. prices of this section increased rate of 13.7% compared to prices in March 2011.13. Inflation baseline (138.5%) registered a rise rate (0.1%) from the previous month and an average (6.2%) for the month of March last year.
