Hashimi urges Turkish leaders to settle internal disputes

Erbil (AIN) –The Judicially wanted Vice- President Tariq al-Hashimi urged the Turkish leaders to exert more efforts to help Iraq settle many internal disputes that hurdle its political process.
A statement by Hashimi’s temporary office in Erbil received by AIN cited on Sunday “The Vice-President Tariq al-Hashimi who conducts a private visit to Turkey has discussed with the Turkish Premier Reccep Tayeb Erdogan on Saturday evening in Istanbul several internal, regional and international issues of mutual interest.”
“Hashimi urged the Turkish leaders to exert more efforts and support to assist Iraq ending disputes that hurdle political process and achieve stability in Iraq,” the statement added, noting that “The Turkish leaders showed understanding for this request.” /End/
