He said "The plan also included the implementation of projects for the Department of Health and meet all their needs in the establishment of health centers and laboratories, and expansion of some buildings and the creation of a building of four floors with a private pediatric burn center to treat patients with diabetes and the expansion of private surgical hospital."
He added by saying "there are allocations of the Department of Water and Education for the establishment of ten schools in the city center with the establishment of a center for the purification of seeds at a cost of 4 billion dinars for the Department of Agriculture covers the Middle Euphrates region."
