Karbala plan construction projects completed within the budget for the development of the regions in 2012

Karbala, April 21 (Rn) - The Committee of Construction and strategic planning in the province of Karbala on Saturday, set up a plan for investment in order to increase the share of the province of its budget within the development of the regions for 2012 now.
The official said Abbas Nasser Hasnawi Committee, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Strategic Planning Committee in the provincial council has prepared a plan to invest the funds allocated to the province in full, amounting to 380 billion dinars."
He added that "the plan includes the establishment of a main road special shipments and vehicles heavy loads extending over a distance of up to about 94 kilometers starting from the way the province of Najaf to Razaza and then to spend Musayyib and then to Baghdad," noting that "the cost of the project is estimated at 135 billion dinars Iraqi ".
He Hasnawi that "he has the direct path of rotor Imam Hussein and has been designated a $ 11 billion dinars," adding that "local government focused on projects to rehabilitate the roads surrounding the city and leading to it, as it will be the rehabilitation of 24 residential neighborhood in the center of the province and the implementation of the electricity grids in the revival of Center the city. He said "The plan also included the implementation of projects for the Department of Health and meet all their needs in the establishment of health centers and laboratories, and expansion of some buildings and the creation of a building of four floors with a private pediatric burn center to treat patients with diabetes and the expansion of private surgical hospital."
He added by saying "there are allocations of the Department of Water and Education for the establishment of ten schools in the city center with the establishment of a center for the purification of seeds at a cost of 4 billion dinars for the Department of Agriculture covers the Middle Euphrates region."
