Diyala 2012 budget recognizes the value of 327 billion dinars

Diyala, April 24 (Rn) - Council approved the Diyala province Tuesday to maintain the budget within the development of regions, which amounted to 327 billion Iraqi dinars through its official held in the city of Baquba, in the presence of 16 members out of 29.
The meeting of his council was the first in the province since the death five months of the drop on the background of the political crisis that erupted after the province's efforts to form a region in the month of December last.
The Vice-Chairman of the Committee of Construction and Investment Council in Diyala OE James Baldwin, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that the Council approved a budget to maintain this today, which amounted to 327 billion.
He pointed out that the budget to add 50% of the money retained for 2012, which passed Parliament returned to the province last February.
James Baldwin said that the budget included 450 projects between medium and large and small, including 86 projects forward from last year will be implemented during all of this year, pointing out that the budget will include preservation projects in the sectors of water, electricity, education, health, roads and bridges.
He said, "will pave the Diyala and clothing all roads in the villages and rural areas or qualify them for Pavement as a second phase after the second half of this year."
And the governor of Diyala Hisham Hayali in an interview earlier that the province will implement 700 projects varied during the current year within the budget of regional development and the money retained which will be returned to maintain the end of next July, in addition to the share of the province trillion dinars was distributed to the provinces by the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
Experts say that the province of Diyala in need of more than 3 trillion dinars for the reconstruction of infrastructure destroyed by the violence that hit the governorate during the period between 2005 and 2008, which inflicted losses of more than 500 billion dinars.
