The Hindawi that "some of the provinces within the project of development of regions has achieved completion rates 100% Kmhafezta Salahuddin and Anbar and 94% Kmhafezta Karbala, Babil and 70% as mayor of Baghdad, but there are provinces had rates of completion of projects is low, while the overall picture to balance the development of regions was 57%."
Hindawi pointed out that "low rates of exchange is due to add funds before the end of last year was not for lack of time behavior, where those funds have affected the rates of exchange for the provinces."
Hindawi revealed that "the percentage of completion of all announced by the Ministry of Planning based on the financial statements had been received from the provinces and ministries."
The report showed the Iraqi Planning Ministry, obtained by (Rn), a copy of low rates of achievement for the investment projects of the ministries in the budget last year, and between the edge of the Kurdistan region of exchange rates that exceeded 100%.
The report condemned the rates of exchange for the amount of money earmarked for investment projects to the Iraqi ministries, which came very least the Ministry of Education ministries by 5.4% and was the Ministry of Displacement and Migration as the highest exchange rate stood at 79.8%.
