Baghdad (AIN) -The Kurdistani Alliance emphasized that the consultation meeting which had been called for by the President of Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani do not contradict with the National Meeting.
Official spokesman of the Kurdistani Alliance MP Moayed Al-Tayib stated to All Iraq News Agency (AIN) that "We do not see any contradiction between the consultation meeting for the political blocs called for by Barzani to take place in Erbil and the National Meeting which had been called for by the President Jalal Talabani because they have the same aim over resolving the differences and outstanding points among political blocs."
He added "Both of Barzani and Talabani's calls for the meeting aim at bringing together the key political leaders in Iraq at one place which will shorten time to solve the crisis because they are the decision makers," noting that "The important issue is the existence of good will and mutual trust among the different sides because neglecting the current crisis without solution will deepen the problems." /End/ [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
