State law describes the presence of Allawi at a meeting of NATO Balchksa and not representative of Iraq

Palm - MP for the rule of law and of the National Alliance Almnzawa Shaker Darraji attend the existing Iraqi President Iyad Allawi, a NATO meeting in the Italian capital Rome Balchksa and not representative for Iraq.
He Darraji by Press Release The presence of the Allawi at a meeting of NATO is to attend a personal and not related to official representation for Iraq in this meeting, stressing that Iyad Allawi could not be an Iraq officially because he does not have any official status in the country so that he can not be named member of the House of Representatives Until this moment he has not sworn.
He Darraji that Allawi has no effect on the political direction of the state therefore it can not be officially representing Iraq in international forums.
The head of the Iraqi List, Iyad Allawi accused the Iraqi government through its participation in the NATO conference held in the Italian capital Rome on Tuesday not to enable it to impose security and stability in the country amid widespread militia and party quotas.
Allawi called for the need not to allow the forces of extremism in the Arab region and the Middle East to receive power and keeping the reins of government.
He said that the arrival of the forces of extremism of the authority would have disastrous consequences on the stability of the entire region and must be the forces of moderation are ruling in order to ensure a stable future, adding that the Arab-Israeli conflict must be treated quickly and achieve the will of the people, but not at the expense of any party.
And began the annual meeting of the regiment on the Mediterranean and the Middle East for the Parliamentary Assembly of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), its work on Monday on the island, "Modena" west of Italy, where he discussed the meeting which is held over two days with the participation of delegates from 25 countries, the political and military in the Caribbean Mediterranean and the Middle East with special focus on the transfer of power in Arab countries and the situation in Iraq and NATO operations in the Mediterranean region.
