A statement to the Kuwaiti government that "the delegation comprising Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Mustafa Jassim North and Minister of Communications Salem Mthieb Alovena and Oil Minister Hani Abdulaziz Hussein, Adviser at the Amiri Diwan Mohammad Abdullah Abolhassan and senior officials of ministries, organizations and bodies to participate in the meetings of committees of the second session of the joint higher committee Kuwait - Iraq. "
Al-Maliki visited Kuwait during the last March and met with officials where it was agreed on many issues that were the subject of disagreement between the two countries.
