Erbil, May 7 / May (Rn) - give the Iraqi Council of Representatives at its Monday his confidence to the accountability and justice, and decided to resume its normal in mid-June.
The Chamber of Deputies passed the previous Bdorth in 2008, Justice and Accountability Law to replace the de-Baathification law and provides for less stringent measures against members of the lower ranks of the Baath Party.
The House of Representatives that the Authority is composed of Bakhtiar Omar Mohiuddin, Salah Darwish Muzahim, Faris Khader Abdul Sattar and Falah Hassan Chanchal and on behalf of Muhammad Yunus and Jabar Salman Hardan.
The statement added that the candidates performed oath before the House of Representatives to raise its mid-June to June, but will call special meetings at the House of Representatives.
The Constitution prohibits the participation of the Iraqi Baath Party in the political process to get rid of supporters of former President Saddam Hussein, who ruled the country for nearly three decades with an iron fist. And executed three years after his trial after being convicted of crimes against humanity.
Officials say the Baath is responsible for many of the attacks that target civilians, but the PKK has repeatedly denied this.
It was a lot of Iraqis are forced to belong to the Baath Party to keep their jobs and get rid of prosecutions during the reign of Saddam.
