Ministry of Finance announced the launch of real estate loans, agricultural, without interest. Without mentioning the details and the Ministry of Construction and Housing announced the conditions and new regulations require the inclusion of all Iraqi citizens, the loan except for citizens of the Kurdistan region, noting that the age of the beneficiary at least 18 years and not more than 65 years. and that «the beneficiary must have a piece of residential land on the face of independence or Mchaah cover the value of the loan amount covered by», pointing out that « that piece must be at least an area of 100 square meters, construction area of not less than 65 meters from the square ».
It is noteworthy that Iraq is suffering a severe housing crisis due to the increasing number of its population, compared with the number of residential complexes, in addition to the inability of citizens with limited income from the construction of housing units of its own, because of the high cost of land and building materials.
