Maliki: Parliament interfere with the executive power and rebel against the Federal Court decision

Sumerian News / Baghdad has accused Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki as prime Iraqi parliament to "bypass" the executive branch and the "rebellion" to the Federal Court by failing to respect its decisions, including the work of independent bodies.
Maliki said in an interview with Al-Iraqiya semi-official "Parliament intervenes area of executive power strongly and rebel against the decisions of the Federal Court when deciding something specific, "he said accusing the government of being interfere with operation of the parliament and we do not have the authority to parliament for the arrest of his work, but Ntnazaa with him and go to the Federal Court."
He also said that regarding the Creation of independent, "the Federal Court said after the thorough study of the Constitution that these independent bodies are classified into bodies of executive and legislative, "and that" what was the executive of which is subordinate to the executive and the legislative to the judicial authority, "asserting that" Parliament has insisted that those bodies associated with it, and calls upon them from time to time and interfere with their affairs ".
