Sabah al-Saadi: Maliki talk about freezing the Constitution seriously

Independent MP, said Sabah al-Saadi had no right to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said the Constitution and the freeze at a news conference in the House of Representatives that the mere mention of the issue of freezing the Constitution represents a major threat because the freeze means a state of emergency and the descent of the army to the streets.
Which means that there is a possibility for the arrest of any person from the parliament or the presidency and the civil society organizations and others called Saadi Chairman of the Board of Representatives to call for an emergency session to discuss the serious repercussions that threaten the Iraqi people, as called for religious authorities to intervene and give their opinion on this subject because it is dangerous to everyone.
