Saedi, who was dogged by the decisions to lift the immunity last for criticizing Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, said during a session of parliament today that "there is a clear violation of the Constitution when the judge decides to waive the immunity of deputies, because they have expressed their views."

He said Al Saadi stated that "the Constitution to prevent courts originally from considering any claim brought against the deputy expressed his political views, and therefore it may not be originally the Supreme Judicial Council to request the Parliament lifted the immunity of the House of Representatives just theirs opinions do not admire the executive branch or other."
The widespread accusations leveled at "the Supreme Judicial Council," favoring the executive branch, specifically in the decisions came in strengthening the prime minister Nuri al-Maliki, including the right to grant the management bodies and make them independent of the Government.
