Iraq announced its refusal to attend any meeting before the deadline of 15 days

Baghdad, May 15 / May (Rn) - The Iraqi List led by former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi Tuesday not to attend any meeting of the political forces, called him before the deadline of 15 days granted by the four leaders of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to implement the terms of paper Arbil second.
The deadline of the 15 that have committed to the implementation of the National Alliance's demands included in the second paper of Arbil on Thursday or resorting to the option of withdrawing the confidence of the Maliki government and the National Alliance to ensure that alternative name for al-Maliki to head the government.
And seeks President Jalal Talabani, meeting the National Halhh the political crisis in the country after meeting separately with leaders of political blocs.
He says a coalition of state law that the National Alliance is ready to participate in the national meeting once invited him to put all the problems and find solutions.
The leader of the Iraqi List, Dhafir al-Ani told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the list will not attend any meeting called to him before the expiry of time limit set by the second paper of Arbil."
Ani explained that "Iraq if they touched the goodwill and the application of concrete action by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to some points in the paper it is possible that Erbil is agreed to postpone some of the paragraphs that are in need of parliamentary legislation."
Maliki rejects the idea of no-confidence with him, he says, the time-limits granted came to pass some of the files did not address to resolve all the problems that can be encircled by the national meeting.
The Iraqi revealed the proposal made by the House of Representatives Speaker Osama al for a meeting to assess what has been implemented by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on the paragraphs of the second paper in Erbil governorate of Najaf.
