"Portal Iraq," Baghdad - Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's support for the initiative of President Jalal Talabani to resolve the crisis, which includes 8 points.
Ali al-Moussawi, a media adviser to the prime minister was quoted by Al-Iraqiya television that the "al-Maliki supports the entrepreneur President Jalal Talabani announced that recently."
The president called Thursday 8 points to end the current political crisis taking place in the country and included a stop media campaigns, mutual and non-convulsive rhetoric and adopt constructive dialogue aimed at finding and promoting the participants and not to expand and deepen the differences.
The adoption of the Constitution as a reference invoked to it and respect its provisions and a commitment to the agreements made on the basis of which the Government of the current partnership including the Convention on Arbil in 2010, commitment and adherence to the fundamental principle upon which the current government, a principle of true partnership in the management of power and responsibility and concern for the independence of the system-election as a cornerstone of pillars of democracy, and to provide all necessities to ensure an election free and fair elections for provincial councils in 2013 and the House of Representatives in 2014.
Also included as well, "the referral of cases for determining the courses serve senior officials in the state to the House of Representatives to consider the proposals on them within the framework of the Constitution and the stick hard to the principle of separation of powers and the maintenance of independence of the judiciary and speed up the ratification of the Federal Court and to support and strengthen all the institutions that ensure the independence of the development of democracy and the complete implementation of the commitments set forth in the Constitution and laws and approve the necessary legislation such as the basic law of oil and gas.
Talabani's initiative came on the day of the deadline set by the political blocs for the owners to implement what was agreed at the second meeting of Irbil.
