Twilight News / said the academic and researcher Abdel Hussein Shaaban, Thursday, the three crises taking place in Iraq and not one has reached an impasse, noting at the same time that the solution lies in putting an end to political compromise, which was built on a constitution in which "mines a lot."
Iraqi politicians were unable to end the political crisis that erupted a day after the U.S. withdrawal at the end of last year, most notably the arrest warrant against Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi on charges of "terrorism" and the differences over oil between Arbil and Baghdad.
According to Iraqi political forces that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has begun "unique" decisions, but the two meetings held last month in Erbil, Najaf, last week, did not Ihsma position blocs to agree on a common formula for the withdrawal of confidence from the government.
Shaaban said the "Twilight News" during his current visit to the Kurdistan Region "There are three problems plagued Iraq, the first relating to the arrival of the political process to a standstill, and it is not possible to continue on the same way I started out nine years ago."
Completed on the first problem, saying that "the issue of compatibility has to be to stand at the borders, and if the policy was consensual or consensual democracy is valid until it is valid for a period of transition, and must be completed and must be of electoral benefit to take a range."
He said Shaaban, an academic resident abroad, "there must be authority and that there will be opposition, opposition within the parliament and the opposition outside the parliament."
When asked about the second problem, said Shaaban, speaking on the sidelines of a seminar on non-violence in Arbil that it is "related to the constitution. Constitution where mine are many and if this does not solve mine be triggered from time to time, we will not reach to the desired result or desired."
And al-Maliki and his supporters say he is working as stipulated by the Constitution and were asked to describe him Palmstbd amend constitutional articles and items.
The third issue, says Shaban "is related to the disputed areas (between Arbil and Baghdad) and Article 140 and the problem of Kirkuk and the larger issue is the issue of oil (with regions) because there are problematic to the extent and powers of the federal and the powers of the Federal State."
The object of the Iraqi List led by Iyad Allawi, the management mechanism of state-Maliki, who says that he put all his powers under his hand.
Shaaban said, "These problems will be solved if Iraq is about the same will not apply in terms of security and in terms of development and social nor political, ie, that the issue of sectarian violence and the issue will remain an influential political terrorism and the issue will raise her head."
And participates in the Maliki government and ministers in the coalition in Iraq and the Kurdistan Alliance, but he faced criticism because of the policies considered by critics dictatorial approach.
