MP on the Iraqi Kazem Al-shammari white bloc, about owning a prime document signed by the President of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani and Jalal Talabani, the President of the Republic establishes the administrative boundaries of the region, noting that Al-Maliki will demands the Iraqi list and the next crisis will be between Kurds and Arabs to the difficulty of implementing article (140).
In a statement, said Al-shammari (News Agency news) on Tuesday: that the political process will see a breakthrough to the crisis with the end of the legislative recess because of the flexibility shown by the National Alliance, notably Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki with its partners and the awareness of all parties of the seriousness of the current crisis.
He added: the Al-Maliki will satisfy its partners from home (Shiite and Sunni) and would prevent political conflict to conflict-as pink in terms of highlighting that region works with powers beyond the powers of any region in the world because it doesn't work with the powers of the territory in a federal State but federal State powers which rejected Maliki.
