Iraq asks Dutch companies to invest

ERBIL, June 4 (AKnews) - Iraq's Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussein al-Shahristani asked Dutch companies to invest in the country while meeting with the Netherlands' Deputy Trade Minister.
Al-Shahristani met with Martin Van Den Burg in Baghdad to discuss ways of improving Iraqi-Dutch relations.
A statement from al-Shahristani's office read: "The two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in all fields, especially because Iraq is witnessing a construction boom to rebuild infrastructure."
