He added, there must be facilities by Iraqi banks in dealing with citizens in order to serve the country, because the loans will be either industrial any to open a small business or real estate for the construction of residential units or farm for the advancement of the agricultural sector.
He continued, must reduce the interest rate payable on loans and facilitate the procedures of the operations of its launch.
