Alwani said that the mafia has emerged, especially after being hit by Iran and Syria to an international economic blockade and did not find an outlet only Iraq to obtain hard currency.
And that the security situation is stable and busy politicians in Iraq's internal conflicts and lack of control over the banking offices facilitated the process of hard currency smuggling to neighboring countries. He called on the government and al-Alwani, the central bank to pass a law limiting the work of the banking offices is approved and put on the full control of all offices in all governorates of Iraq.
