Knowledgeable source hinted that President Jalal Talabani will deliver a speech on the new security agreement between Iraq and the United States on the survival of U.S. forces.
The source said in a statement to all of Iraq [where] on Saturday, "Talabani's speech will not address the political differences existing between Iraq and the rule of law, but the Convention relating to the withdrawal of U.S. forces, including the security file."
