Osman: Talabani fears of a caretaker government without supervision

Said the Kurdistan Alliance MP Mahmoud Othman said, "Talabani boxed pressure domestic, regional and international contradictory with each other." He said, "Talabani's position is that he still wants to give dialogue a chance to emerge from the crisis, or at least consistency in the framework of this dialogue on the alternative Prime Minister Maliki in the event to discredit him."
He explained that "fears that Talabani is a discredit to lead a caretaker government for a long time away from the control of Parliament." Osman added that "the problem is that the dialogue is not in a matter of being healthy, but to the extent that dialogue between enemies."
Osman ruled out the scenario of the formation of majority government or dissolve parliament scenario. He said that "the military coup will fail.
