Is signed by President Jalal Talabani, to withdraw the confidence and send it to parliament. He said in response to a referendum directed his followers about the failure to sign Talabani to withdraw confidence from the Maliki and send it to the parliament and the existence of another way or solution relative to the crisis, "No, that was not signed there is no other way at all, and found I do not tend to interfere with it."
